What we keep, and why.

Ritual Bar is operated by HOLY LTD CO ("Ritual Bar," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated 25 October 2026.

What we collect

Your name, mobile phone number, and email; your booking, visit and order history; your skin consultation and the notes your Guide records; and payment details, which are processed by our payment provider (Shopify) and never stored by us. We collect this when you book on ritual.bar or in the Ritual Bar app, sign in, shop, or visit the Bar.

Health questions at intake. Before a facial we ask a few questions that change what your Guide does in the room: whether you are pregnant or nursing, whether you have taken isotretinoin in the last six months, recent peels, laser or microneedling, active cold sores, broken skin or sunburn, recent injectables or fillers, and fragrance allergy. Your answers attach to your booking so your Guide can adjust or move the treatment. They are used for that and nothing else: never for advertising, never for analytics, never shared except with the providers that run our booking system.

In the app. If you allow notifications, we keep a device push token so the app can tell you about your own appointment (for example on the morning of your visit). We use first-party analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase and our own event lane) to see how the app and site are used; this is not advertising tracking and we do not track you across other companies' apps or sites. An account picture you choose stays on your device and is never uploaded. "Add to calendar" writes one event with your permission and reads nothing else.

How we use it

To book and manage your appointments, send you service messages about your visits and account, keep your Guide’s notes and your at-home ritual, process payments, and operate and improve the Bar. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

We use your mobile number to send the Ritual Bar booking texts you agree to, and the sign-in codes you ask for. You join by ticking the unchecked box when you book, or by tapping Notify Me in the app. Booking does not require it. Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your number.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Bar (payment processing, appointment and message delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics), and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law. Aside from those providers, nothing is sold and nothing is shared for marketing. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it, and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account here or from the Ritual Bar app (Account → Delete Account), and we will remove your personal information.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information, and opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or email at any time. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
