The agreement, in plain terms.

These terms govern booking Ritual Bar, using our website and app, and our text-message program. Ritual Bar is operated by HOLY LTD CO. By booking or using our services, you agree to them. Last updated 26 October 2026.

Booking, deposits & moving your time

Appointments are by reservation at the Bar, 10941 S Porcini Dr, Daybreak. A deposit is taken when you book and applied to what you pay at the Bar after your service; the balance is settled in person. Prices are shown before you pay.

Moving your time. You can move your time up to 48 hours before it, to any time within 3 months of booking. The 3 months run from the day you first booked. To move it, text or call the Bar, or start from your booking in the app or on ritual.bar.

No cancellations. There are no cancellations, and deposits are not refunded. Your deposit moves with your new time. If the Bar has to change your time, we move you to a time that suits you, or return your deposit in full, your choice.

Arriving. Your time runs start to end as shown when you book. If you arrive late, the service may be shortened to end on time. If you do not arrive, the deposit is kept.

Purchases in the app and on the site

Everything we sell is a service performed in person at the Bar or a physical product, shipped or taken home. Payment is taken by Shopify checkout; we never see your card. The PASS is a membership ($6 a month or $60 a year) whose benefits are discounts on services and products, earlier access to the calendar, and a member price on one featured product a month; it unlocks no digital content. Cancel any time from Account; cancellation stops the next renewal. Product returns and shipping are covered by our Returns and Shipping pages.

Text messages (SMS)

Program. Ritual Bar booking texts, sent by HOLY LTD CO, doing business as Ritual Bar, from (801) 405-2025.

What we send. Booking replies, a secure link to pay your deposit, booking confirmations, reminders, changes to your visit, answers to your questions, and one text when a time you asked for opens. We do not send marketing texts.

How you join. Tick the unchecked box “Text me about my Ritual Bar booking” when you book on ritual.bar, on findritual.com, or in the Ritual Bar app. Tap Notify Me in the app. You do not have to agree to texts to book or buy anything.

How often. Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 texts per booking. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop. Reply STOP at any time. We send one text to confirm, then no more. Reply START to join again. Help. Reply HELP, email hello@ritual.bar, or call (801) 405-2025.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for one. How we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your account & conduct

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in secure. Use the services only for their intended purpose. Skin and body services are provided for wellness and are not medical care.
