If something goes wrong, we send it again.

Add Shipping Protection at checkout and your order is protected from the moment it leaves us until it is in your hands. If it arrives broken, arrives wrong, or never arrives at all, tell us and we send it again. No return shipment. No form. Last updated 25 September 2026.

What it covers

An order that arrived damaged or broken. The wrong item, or something missing. An order marked delivered that never turned up. An order lost on the way.

Tell us within 30 days of the day it shipped. One email with your order number is enough. If it arrived damaged and you still have the parcel, a photograph helps us with the carrier — it is not a condition.

What it costs

Shipping Protection is optional and added at checkout. It is priced on the order: $0.98 under $40, $2.48 from $40 to $99.99, $3.98 from $100 to $199.99, and $4.98 at $200 and above. It is not insurance. It is us agreeing to send a second one.

Without protection

Once an order has left us, we are not able to replace it. Shipping Protection is how we can — it is what pays for the second parcel.

Everything else is final

We do not take products back. Skincare is used on skin, and nothing that has left us is resold to someone else. That is a hygiene decision before it is a commercial one.

So choose deliberately. If you are not sure which products are yours, map your skin first. It takes a few minutes, it is free, and it exists precisely so that nobody buys the wrong thing.
